Here at the Academy, it is our objective to provide our students with a comprehensive training program that allows an individual to become a skilled and confident bartender. This course features hands-on training behind an actual bar.

Our course also covers Alcohol Awareness and Customer Service. This section will not only give a superior understanding of how to handle any situation, but it will also help you make better tips. Our students learn the fundamental skills and get the proper training for a position in bartending. Our 32 hour course can be completed in 1 week, 2 weeks, or 2 weekends. We offer daytime, evening, and weekend classes.
Upon successful completion of the course, each student will receive his or her certification. Our Placement Assistance Program helps you find full or part time employment opportunities in the food and beverage industry, both locally and nation wide.
Whether you are mixing Martinis in a first class hotel or pouring highballs in a local pub, our course will prepare you for any type of establishment.
The average earning potential of a professional bartender is between $15.00 and $30.00 per hour, including salary and tips. Wisconsin has one of the highest percentages of bars per capita in the United States. As a professionally trained bartender you can look forward to a variety ofhours and shifts to choose from.
